By reading the resort assessments, guides, and rankings published here, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, your only remedy is to stop using this publication.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and without notice. Ongoing engagement with the publication after a revision is treated as agreement to the revised terms.

2. Nature of the editorial content

The publication exists as an independent catalogue and assessment platform for resort hotels, destination accommodation, and leisure properties in the markets we cover.

Guidance, not advice

Assessments, amenity summaries, tier placements, and ratings serve general research and planning, nothing more.

Editorial independence

Scores represent our editors' judgement against a stated rubric and prevailing hospitality standards.

We do not sell travel

This is not a travel agency. We operate no booking desk, no hotel, and no entertainment facility of any kind.

3. Ownership of this material

All original text, tier structures, analytical scorecards, styling, marks, and design elements belong exclusively to the publication and its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and print individual pages for personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not:

• Republish, redistribute, or syndicate our editorial critiques absent explicit written consent.
• Use automated extraction tools, scrapers, or indexers to harvest our ranking data.
• Adapt, modify, or derive new works from our evaluations and property matrices.

We make reasonable efforts to check resort details, amenity information, and local conditions; even so, properties revise their offerings and rules regularly.

We give no warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party schedules, suite features, or local offerings. Readers should confirm anything material directly with the property before finalising travel plans.

Articles and reviews sometimes link out to hospitality venues, booking providers, and tourism authorities. Such links are offered only as a convenience.

Third-party properties, their operating terms, their security posture, and their booking contracts are outside our control. You follow external links at your own risk.
